We will post a list of Merchants that you’ll find at Redwood Realms very soon.
Merchants, makers, and purveyors of curious wares … Redwood Realms is calling!
Apply to be a vendor at Redwood Realms
A gathering at Redwood Realms is bringing together LARP, tabletop adventures, food, libations, and a spirited community of travelers, storytellers, artisans, and players. Throughout the day, guests will wander the grounds in search of quests, fellowship, and discovery, gathering at gaming tables, enjoying the revelry, and exploring all the wonders the Realms have to offer.
To help breathe life into this world, we are seeking a carefully curated company of merchants whose goods will enrich the experience and lend character to the marketplace. From handcrafted treasures and fantasy-inspired attire to artwork, accessories, gaming goods, curiosities, and other distinctive wares, we are looking for vendors whose work feels worthy of a lively market square or a well-loved tavern road.
If you feel your creations would have a proper home among the bustle of a medieval marketplace, we invite you to apply to become one of our featured merchants. We are intentionally keeping the selection curated so each booth adds something memorable and distinctive to the event’s atmosphere.
Complete the Redwood Realms Vendor Application and tell us a little about what you create and what wares you would bring to the market.
Pack your wares, hang your sign, and join us in the Realms.
